David Griffiths

Managing Director

With more than 30 years experience in strategic communications, David established Gryphon in 2004.

David has an influential leadership capability, strong skills in managing relationships and resolving issues, and works effectively with diverse stakeholder groups to influence outcomes and achieve corporate objectives.

In his early career, David focused on human resources and employee relations, moving to broader, group-wide strategic roles including managing a portfolio of areas impacting on corporate reputation and community acceptance, and environmental land access.

Prior to establishing Gryphon, David was General Manager Corporate Affairs and Community Relations for WMC Resources. He is a Director of ASX-listed company Silver Lake Resources and Lakeshore Developments.
